We apologizes for our late announcement of our event. We don't think any of our members were in a big rush for our event however.
But let's announce our winners of our previous event:

Please note, mods are currently discussing over our second event that is meant to be set during this event's timeframe, and thus to give room for the event, this event only has a poll and event deadline.

Members are free to rp the AU event in the DA chat or on Skype. Prompts have been provided in case no one wants to post a starter.

Welcome to the Alterblast region. Trainers far and wide have come here to capture the vast pokemon that live here and become the greatest pokemon master.

Pokémon World is the name given to the Earth-like planet that the Pokémon series takes place on. Humans live on this planet alongside Pokémon as a human-animal relationship.

Known regions on the planet include Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Orre, Fiore, Almia and Oblivia.

However for our event, we will set our Pokémon story in a new Region we will name Alterblast. In the Alterblast region, almost any Pokémon can be found in this reason, as many of these monsters migrate to the region frequently. And thus many Pokémon trainers (A Pokémon Trainer(Japanese: ポケモントレーナー Pokémon Trainer) is a person who catches, trains, cares for and battles with Pokémon. The majority of people within the known Pokémon world are Trainers.) have come to visit the region setting their sights on capturing pokemon.

Pokémon trainers come far and wide to the Alterblast region for the great tournament about to happen. However after a few days arriving into Alterblast, something happens and all trainers eventually merge with their pokemon becoming gijinkas!

August 1, 10pm PDT

All event related items should be submitted to the Events Mission Folder to obtain Event EXP and Credit.

As a reminder, events are never mandatory but encouraged if one wants rewards. Participation can also affect the event!

One way to participate in this event is to fill out our AU Event Meme!

We ask for members to draw their OC as either a pokemon trainer (or any sort of human character that fits in this universe) .............and/or pokemon gijinka form of your character.
You must use the meme provided to take part in the polls.

You are allowed to draw the trainer and gijinka on two separate submissions if you'd like! However both are fine on the same meme.
Anyone who fills out this meme by our Poll deadline will be entered in a friendly poll
PRIZE: There is no specific item prize for this poll, but the winning member of each category will only get 6 gold for winning this event.

There is 2 categories:

One for Trainers
One for pokemon gijinkas!

The prize will be split if we have a tie.

Alterblast Pokemon Meme by OverLockedVault

There is no set date for the RP events as we expect all members to be rather busy this spring season.

However if any group of members is up for RPing in either the DA chat or Skype chat, feel free to use the starter prompt provided for this AU.

The following is a two part event. The first RP is characters as regular pokemon trainers before the accident. The second is after the accident, all are turned into gijinkas.

Pokemon Trainer Saga

All of our characters are on their way to the pokemon stadium to test their abilities they have taught their pokemon on the real stage, the battle arena. But do they have what it takes to become a pokemon master?
However the police have been on guard keeping a watchful eye of the infamous Team Rocket, as there has been an early notice of their plan capture of all of the pokemon who come to the stadium. Various pokemon however have been mysteriously injured overnight. Is this Team Rocket's doing or a very jealous rival out on the loose?

Pokemon Gijinkas

It appears all are suddenly unwell. And our trainer's pokemon who have been injured somehow give off strange signs of sickness. They glow mysteriously. Maybe they are evolving? However their glow blinds the trainer and somehow disappear.
Your character somehow feels something is not right and before you know it, have turned into a strange pokemon!! What has happened and how can you guys revert back to your normal selves?
